Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to commit to the membership?
You can cancel your membership any time at the end of each month. Keep in mind however, that if you want to rejoin at a later time, the current price at that time will apply.
When do the LIVEsessions take place and on which platform?
For now, twice a month – one session will be in the morning, the other in the afternoon. You are free to decide whether you want to participate in both sessions. You can find the upcoming dates in the Facebook Group under the Events tab. The LIVEsessions will be held on Zoom. The Zoom link for each session will be sent to you via email.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes. As long as you are subscribed to the LIVEsession you will have access to all recordings.
What’s the Facebook Group for?
In the FB group you can ask your questions in between LIVEsessions, connect, engage and network with other members, and benefit from answers, suggestions and ideas of other group members. You will also find tutorials and explanatory videos on perennial questions (questions that are asked again and again). Further features will be rolled out soon. You will find out more about this inside the group.
Can I get help in between LIVEsessions?
Of course you can! You can always post your questions in the Facebook group or book a discounted TechChat (1:1 session) with me.
How long does a LIVEsession last?
This depends on the number of participants per session. The TechTalk LIVEsessions are an idea that still needs to be tested. The aim however, is for each session to last about 1 hour. If there are many questions/members, I will consider the possibility of extending the TechTalks to 3 or even 4 sessions per month.
How long do I have to wait before I can ask my questions?
You can always post your questions in the Facebook group or book a discounted TechChat with me. In the LIVEsessions I trust in the fairness of all participants in terms of time allocation, but also in your discretion – before each session, please assess which of your problems has priority.
Will I still have access to the FB Group and the recordings if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription to the LIVEsessions you will continue having acccess to the FB Group and Community, but not to the recordings.
